Can you hold a place before I apply?
Properties will remain available to lease until a lease agreement has been signed. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All potential occupants, aged 18 years or older, must apply and be named on the lease. -
Is the deposit refundable?
For properties managed by Home Locators: We will return your security deposit to you as quickly as possible. Please note: any fees, unpaid rent, cleaning and repair costs (beyond "normal wear and tear") will be deducted from the security deposit. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
We have a few options for you to pay your rent. The most convenient is electronically through the tenant portal. Alternatively, you may mail a check, cashiers check or money order (no Western Union money orders are accepted) to Home Locators at the address listed at the bottom of this site. Note: Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You will need to give your official 60 day notice online through the tenant portal. To Give Notice to Vacate.
- Log in to the Tenant Portal, on the home page scroll down to ACCOUNT SUMMARY and click on the ellipsis (three dots) on the far right,
- choose VIEW DETAIL then select GIVE NOTICE from the menu bar.
- Once we receive your notice, our office will update your account. You will automatically receive helpful emails regarding the exit process.
