Off Market & Private Party Property Purchase*
- I understand Home Locators will be compensated 3% commission for the purchase of any off-market property they present to me (if the seller does not pay all or only part of the sales commission, I agree to compensate Home Locators the amount that brings sales commission to a total of 3%)
